Sue Storer Artist

Sue paints from her studio in North Yorkshire.
After studying at York & Manchester, gaining a degree in Three Dimensional
Design, Sue has enjoyed a flourishing career in retail visual merchandising and
window dressing, whilst continuing her life long passion in art.
In recent years, she has periodically studied classical / academic drawing and
painting at The Edinburgh Atelier of Fine Art.
Sue combines her skills and inspiration in display and classical painting, to create
her ‘still life’ in oils. She is always on the hunt for those objects to group together
for her paintings, exposing the beauty and harmony and how they take on each
other’s essence when grouped together. Particularly the reflective pieces which
take on a life of their own when surrounded by light and colour.
